The Improvement Project - IV mod for Grand Theft Auto IV

I wrote everything in that that doc. You can take your time to read and then download. :)

What's this?

A Mod which adds and replaces many things to improve your gameplay experience.

What has been added and what got replaced/changed?

A number of items has been changed and replaced.

- Blood Decals

- TLAD/TBOGT Interiors/Peds/Weapons/Vehicles/Sounds/Radios/Particle Effects has been imported to Base Game and can be shared across all three games.

- Weapons with high quality and improved fire sounds.

- Vehicles with Liveries. (Police Vehicles having random numbers in its body, Annihilator when spawned will either have Yellow Strip or will not have it.)

- APC Cannon, Explosive Shotgun works.

- TLAD/TBOGT Peds and Vehicles spawn around the map in base game just like they spawn in their respective DLCs.

What version of game is required?

A Original Copy of either Patch 7 or 8. (If you got CE, then downgrade with Legacy DLC Folder Structure.)

Other Notes:

- A Clean installation of Patch 7 or 8

- Delete your Saves and start a new game.

- If you have DLC Folders then good. But if you have EFLC Styled Structure for DLCs (TLAD/TBOGT Folders in root folder, then:

After Installing the mod, you will get DLC folder, cut everything out of DLC/TLAD/Content folder and paste it in TLAD Folder (which is in root folder). Same for TBOGT.

- If you get Collision Bugs then remove the colcache_iv/tlad/tbogt.dat in root folder and load the game again.

- tell me other bugs, ill fix them with next updates.
