The Stock Maps and their special weapons... Thread - The Haunted mod for Unreal Tournament 3

Think it's been two days now since I downloaded the haunted v2.5, and gotta say, it's pretty damn sweet. However there's one thing that I'm sure other people new or newish to the game are wondering... and that's what weapons are on what levels.

At the moment, there seems to be 4 special weapons; the sniper rifle, grenade launcher, flamethrower, nitrogen gun (freezegun)

Now I couldn't find many to begin with, but now I know this much:

Edit: Spoiler free answer - All 3 levels have all 4 weapons!

Canyon: Found all 4 weapons
Stronghold: Can only find the nitrogen gun, which is really not hidden
Lost Temple: have found flamethrower, sniper rifle, and grenade launcher

I think I'm missing some, but I just can't seem to find em, are there more than what I've found?

where did you find the flamethrower in lost temple? i can't find it for the life of me.

the ice gun in temple is by the courtyard where you dynamite to get in. similar to how you get the nade lanucher.

canyon: i did find all 4.

stronghold: same with you, got the ice gun and nothing else.

Hm interesting I'll look for the ice gun in temple next chance i get, the flamethrower is located on the roof near the red glyphed obelisk, to get to it there's a path behind the obelisk area, that can be accessed through 2 entrances (one that is a slight step up to grass through a hole in the fence, and the other located near a dynamite pickup, which drops into another area with another dynamite), once you're behind, make your way to the right to find a ladder to get on the roof where the flamethrower is.

So this leaves the mystery of stronghold if the other 2 have all 4... I have a theory that the weapons might alternate starting with the nitrogen gun, but haven't been able to test it yet, hopefully i get to tonight.

Edit: righto found the ice gun in lost temple, actually noticed the area before but forgot about it once i had the grenade launcher heh, I tried to see if the nitrogen gun in stronghold switched to something else after the first spawn, but nope, still nitrogen gun.

i found the flame thrower in stronghold. another area you have to dynamite to. its below ground level. also found the sniper there up top a tower. also found the nade launcher below the roof of a building that has a partial ladder. so that completes stronghold.

i'll try to look for the flamethrower in temple with your tip, thanks!

edit: found it, can't believe i missed that all this time. thanks. now found everything in all maps!!

To remove the chainlink fences, you have to use dynamite to blow them up.

Edit: Forgot to say, for the Canyon map, you have to powerkick the railroad cart into the fence.

Bah I was flying around in spec looking, but no dice =/ I did find the missing 3 weapons on stronghold with the help of HappyConsript's little guide there though, thanks dude
