Haunted Doesnt Work After Installation Thread - The Haunted mod for Unreal Tournament 3

I'm having a really frustrating time trying to install The Haunted. I did everything as the post said. It still doesn't phucking work.

my huanted menu appears and everything, just when im connecting, it boots me back to the haunted menu.

where the shortcut goes

"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 13210 -mod=..\HauntedGame -solomod"

where haunted is installed

C:\Users\JH\Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\HauntedGame

please help. everything works fine but when i try to connect to a server, it jumps back to the menu everytime....

And if you host a game, have you the same problem ?

Does it work with normal UT3 ?

I've got this problem, but I can join any server in UT3 without any problems.

Blame ut3's screwed file, menu and onlinesystems. It's terrible to work with and even more terrible when it keeps people from playing.
It's strange that this happens with hostgame too. have you tried launching it the normal way without steam ?

Hey! You got th installed part right. But I don't have the steam version but I have some knowledge of it. Try finding the UT3 around here

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\YOURUSERNAME\Unreal Tournament 3\Binaries\UT3.exe

If it IS in there. Your shortcut should be:

"C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\YOURUSERNAME\Unreal Tournament 3\Binaries\UT3.exe " -mod=..\HauntedGame -solomod

Only the LINK of the UT3.exe will be in quotation marks. The parameters don't need it.

Here is mine: (I have retailed)
"D:\Program Files\Unreal Tournament 3\Binaries\UT3.exe" -mod=..\HauntedGame -solomod
