The Haunted is a fast paced thirdperson horror-action game with focus on a intense multiplayer experience that is all about making a stand and liberating cursed places from the minions of evil. The game features several multiplayer modes such as coop or demons .vs. humans, where enemies are spawned and controlled by players. The outstanding visuals lay a perfect tone for the gameplay.

Hi, As the name of this thread suggest i have not yet been able to play this mod. for a simple reason as I do not know how to install said mod, and i have a major issue with this because it looks like a fantastic mod i have read a large portion of your forums and have seen lots of positive feedback and constructive criticism. So back to main topic I was wondering for the Version 2.0 of "The Haunted" could someone please give me a detailed install process not just whats in the read me "Remove the old haunted version from the UTGame\published\CookedPC folder Extract the contents of the rar file into your Documents\MyGames\Unreal Tournament 3 folder" Sorry but i didn't have the previous version and i did what the read me said and as all could have guessed it didnt work cause i am guessing there is some file shifting involved... Thanks HEGI i tried that thread earlier and it didnt work but now it does so thanks again HEGI...... And go the awesome shining review of The Haunted by moddb Ummm HEGI.... Help please.... i followed it to the letter but still not working the only difference i can see is mine didnt install to C:/games.... it installed to C:/Program Files/Unreal Tournament 3.... i Run vista and dont know what version i am running |

Do you have your UT3 patched up to the latest version (In other words if you enter the game you'll have a black carbon fibre theme) Check out this image I made earlier and check if your directory looks the same. Can you please copy and paste the text of the "target" field of the shortcut you made. |

Yubbly, do you have the "ambiguous package" error ? You can try to delete your "MyGames\Unreal Tournament 3" folder, launch ut3 vanilla, install the mod, and try to launch it. It solved my problem. Edited by: Kr3v |

I fixed the problem the 2.0 patch mis fired and didnt install properly thanks all i fixed it today My Sincere Gratitude to all those who offered there advise. Thanks all |
