The Forgotten Mod for Half-Life 2 Media Release and Background Story Update for The Forgotten news

As some of you may have noticed, we have released some media samples of in-Game, as well as theme music to The Forgtten. However, we also have more in store for you! This is only the first of a number of major updates coming your way.

To begin this news release, we would like to point you towards the four recent audio uploads, which can be found and listened to below:

• Twisted Sanity > In-Game Track
• Chase > In-Game Track
• Theme Sample #1 > Background Theme
• Theme Sample #2 > Background Theme

In addition to that, we have decided on some changes for the gameplay of the mod, which may
come as a shock to some of you, however we feel that they will turn towards the greater benefit of the community of The Forgotten. A small teaser of the changes follows below.

"Play as one of the four main characters in episodic installments, each describing the fate of the individual main character, as well as that of the civlians around you. The episodes will focus on each of the main characters and will all be linked to the devestating disaster of Wilcester City. This way you, the community, can experience an in-depth storyline, deeply developed characters and terrifying atmosphere as you live through the effects of the Wilcester disaster."
