Here's a link to download as it refuses to post on here. I don't know why. Maybe it was just too long for the server to handle or something so this is the easier way to do it. I now have to babble on for a while because not only will it not post the news I wrote but it also wont let me save at under 300 characters.

Why you wany to replace some units with RA3 one?
Cos Commander Onslaught is actually based on someone I know. He likes his elemental attacks, hence the Black Hand-esque setup of the faction.
