Champion of Cyrodiil will appear in five forms during his level-up. On levels 1-4 he wears his classic steel armor and can mount his black horse - Shadowmere. On level 5 he begins to wear his Imperial Dragon Armor both mounted and unmounted. On level 10 he gains the ability called "Star-Made Knight", by activating which he become invulnerable to any attacks, deals 100% weapon damage and knockbacks enemies. When using this ability he will temporarily equip relics of Pelinal Whitestrake

This was the best way of implementing this guy, I'm surprised how well you realized this into a BFME-2 hero. Nice.
