What if GDI and Nod failed to defeat CABAL during the Firestorm Crisis? With both organizations destroyed by CABAL, nothing was stopping the rogue AI from conquering the world, replacing humanity with cybernetics. The Punisher is a mobile gun turret designed to provide CABAL infantry with anti-armor support. It walks on four sturdy legs which gives it good stability and mobility at the cost of armor. It's anti-tank cannon fires shaped charge rounds that can easily punch through tanks and deal considerable damage to buildings. Befitting of it's role as a walking gun, it can hunker down and bring a second cannon to bear, doubling it's firepower while deployed.
