The Dead City will consist of 3 main areas, Downtown, Uptown and Redwood. Downtown is a metropolis populated by Raiders originating from a near by vault, a personal vault made by a very wealthy company, not one from Vault Tec. Redwood is a small neighborhood east of the city, unpopulated except for local scavengers and mutants. Uptown is the remains of a small part of the city north of Downtown, and has been taken over by the Brotherhood of Steel, eliminating near by Raiders coming from Downtown.

it might be best to make this city a place to visit like with the point lookout in f3 or the honest hearts in fnv
that way you dont interfere with the actual original game and can do whatever you want without interfering. this looks awesome it looks like its got f3 urban feel to it

yeah i tryed to do that with the editing in the header and preview images, the ones in "Images" aren't so spooky or scary or whatever, but its not really meant to be. Scary is not exactly easy to create with Fallout, well not after you have played it a bunch of times. When i first played Fallout 3, just walking through the damn metros scared the **** out of me, not to mention wandering around in unfamiliar areas at night... but that feeling is long gone, but hopefully in future Fallouts, they will bring a bit of a horror, scary feel back to it... i mean i dont want it to be a horror game, but a little bit of scary **** wouldnt be so bad...
first time i played i stopped playing a day because the ghouls scared me. how ever is it a new story line or just a city. in the wasteland
just a city in the wasteland, could have a quest or 2 in the future, i got a really good idea but im not sure how to do it, i will have to check out some tutorials to find out how...
