tds4 church council.
One of the highlights in the mod. This took me a whole day to create.
It looks good, although I think the flames don't fit much with the lightning, and the texturing is a little off in some parts.
I've fixed the lights and colors on them and the texturing...
well, That got to so far.
I do not know what is causing it :/
lighting perhaps?
