It allows the player to replay the American Revolutionary War fielding a massive roster of units drawn straight from history! The American Revolution Mod v3.1 to v3.2 Patch. This Patch is only required if you have installed from the previous T.A.R. Mod v3.1 & v3.0 packages. If you are installing from the old 3.0 version, you will need to install the previous 3.1 patch as well.

Idk why but after installing this patch my game now crashes whenever trying to access any sort of campaign...
this patch only updates the LOD game saves and are only called when starting anew Liberty or Death Campaign. Even then it just copies a file to game save folder.
I think it is some kind of coincidence.
Might want to grab the new 3.2 full pack and reinstall from that then start a new campaign.
