Adds new capital ships to the game called Starcruisers, as of now the plans is that all factions have one each Starcruiser which will result in 6 types of Starcruisers.

Description
Started modeling on the Tec Loyalists Class main cannon this morning and have so far come up with a nice result, I think !
Looks good for a rough model, keep up the good work.
