This tool allows you to open a CPEG/GPEG texture
library used by Red Faction: Guerrilla. You can
then extract the images from within the library,
edit them, then re-import them.
You then have to recompress the package that you
are editing using gibbed's package tools.

Usage:
------------------------------------------
Using the program is very easy, here is a simple
step-by step walkthrough. It assumes that you
already know the very basics of modding RF:G -
(using gibbed tools to extract packages, etc.)
How to edit a texture:
1) Extract the files that you want to edit from
a package.
2) Open up the texture editor.
3) Use the texture editor to open the cpeg_pc
file that you've just extracted.
4) Select the texture from the list that you want
to edit.
5) Click File->Extract Selected Texture.
6) Edit the texture using any image editing
program.
7) Click File->Import Selected Texture, ensuring
that you still have the texture that you want to
edit selected.
8) Select your edited texture from the open
dialog.
9) Click File->Save CPEG/GPEG
10) Re-pack your edited files using gibbed's
tools.
