In theory only maps designed for it should have these things. It's not something i would stick on Spikewar for example. But the larger maps like Joipa and Mountain Pass (pre 4.0 test builds) could use one or two.

Or, like on many maps, the Blue tiberium fields are usually a little further away from your base. A Silo there would fit, you'd still have to capture it with an engineer though.

Description

There are as most of you know Neutral Tiberium silo's in CNC3 which give you a bunch of money when you capture them.
The same thing in TCW will happen :) The whole team will be granted $500 each and in addition to that tiberium harvesters will have the ability to dump tiberium into the silo.
These neutral silo's can be placed anywhere on the map and may be closer to the tiberium field than your refinery so capturing one has an advantage.
