Galactopticon is a single-player sci-fi comedy FPS starring a gang of hard-boiled interstellar pirates. The epic storyline will be supported by gameplay elements such as ironsight aiming and an RPG-style branching dialogue system.

Wonderful work :) Though I think that perhaps the ammo cylinder should be slightly larger, it seems a bit thin on the front view. Sill, can't wait to see it modeled :P

I've never played it. Nor has anyone else from our team.
It looks a bit like a helghast Gun sure, but this one looks cleaner, more hightech and it could probably blow half a planet apart if it had a slug in it. It looks so proffesionaly mean.
I'm thinking more Halo (reach) than Killzone. Especially with that yellow stripe. Either way idgaf. I like it.

Looks kind of like Helghan assault rifle from Killzone.
I think it's a compliment, at least he said 'looks kind of like' where the other guy just said 'stop copying and be more original!'.
And anyways, I personally think all the Killzone weapons are awesome looking. Sure there are some similarities to the one in Killzone, but many games have similarities withe each other. Nobody can be 100% original all the time. :D
Also humanity made so many different weapons we can't just tell when they're really original.
