If you are lucky yuo can find even stashes: Ammo, Equipment, Medical and Food stashes can be now found on looting Scavenger-class stalkers for great prizes.
I.e a Medical stash works in this way:
Body of a Scavenger > Medical stash > 4x medkits, 4x bandages, 2x painkillers, etc. etc. Everything randomized.
