This is a map pack that lets you play as the local faction units on every map with every variation, from the Gungan Army, to the lothesome Tusken Raiders. All in your instant action list
Instructions on how to install are included in the readme, as well as any map information you might need. NOT ALL ASSETS ARE CREATED BY ME, DUE CREDIT IS LISTED IN THE TOP OF THE README

UNIT SUMMARY

All units are enhanced to more fairly stand on their own, mostly rounded out so they fill out key roles
like anti-tank, CP building defense, unit healing etc. (None had health packs for example)
Units all use the proper camera FOV and angle, gungans are unique as it matches their throwing arc better

Endor Bunker: Ewoks
Era: Galactic Civil War
Rebel Soldier and Rebel Pilot are swapped out for the Ewok Hunter and Ewok Trapper
The Rebel Soldier and Rebel Pilot are still on the field however, and friendly fire still occurs (I cant prevent this)
Both Ewok classes have throwing spears and rocks, you'll need to aim a bit lower at close range, but medium range seems to work okay
Ewok Hunter also has dispensers of health and ammo
Ewok Trapper has a fusion cutter
Ewoks move a little faster than in the base game
Throwing power of the spears and rocks has increased, but the damage is still vanilla (It's pretty high)

Geonosis Spire: Geonosians
Era: Clone Wars
Droid Pilot is swapped out for a Geonosian Warrior(Still remains on the battlefield)
Geonosian has an additional staff as a sidearm to his sonic cannon
Geonosian is also equipped with a fusion cutter and health and ammo dispensers
Velocity and damage of the sonic cannon is increased to standard assault rifle speed,
damage and range dramatically increased as well (It was atrociously low) Fire rate increased
Flight behavior has not been changed, they can fly for a pretty decent amount of time, but the cost of use is higher, so spamming is not advised, as the recharge is slow

Kashyyyk Islands: Wookiees
Era: Clone Wars & Galactic Civil War
Soldier, Vanguard, and Pilot classes of the Clones and Rebels are swapped out for the wookiee equivalents
Wookiee Warrior: Bowcaster, Ryyk(Sword), 6 Acidic Detonators
Wookiee Rocketeer: Missile Launcher, Bowcaster, 3 Acidic Detonators
Wookiee Mechanic: Bowcaster, Ryyk(Sword), Fusion Cutter, Health & Ammo Dispensers
Again watch for the friendly fire from the standard units that get swapped out, the clone pilot has a nasty habit of zapping people behind him

Pretty much exactly the same as Islands, just the other Kashyyyk map

From mission three of the historical campaign. Just wookiees vs Droids, Count Dooku is also present

Soldier and Pilot classes are swapped out for Gungan Soldier and Gungan Rider
Gungan Soldier: 50 Haywire Detonators, 50 Concussion Grenades
Gungan Rider: 50 Haywire Detonators, 10 Health & Ammo Dispensers
Gungan Defender is not present in this map (Too many mines makes the game crash)
All gungans are equipped with a staff as a melee weapon
All Gungans also have increased movement speed (their health is low, so they should be faster)

Only 4 mines can be active at a time, you are just carrying extra

Naboo Soldier: Blaster Rifle, Blaster Pistol, 3 Thermal Detonators, 3 Concussion Grenades
Naboo Pilot: Blaster Pistol, Fusion Cutter, Health & Ammo Dispensers, 6 EMP Grenades
Naboo Vanguard: Missile Launcher, Blaster Pistol, 3 Thermal Detonators, 4 Mines
Animations have been corrected for the missile launcher and pistol(They used the rifle animations for some reason)

Tatooine Jabba: Gamorreans (aka Jabbas Palace)

This one is a special 3 way battle where you play as the Gamorreans
Movement speed of Gammoreans is increased to Vanguard Speed, but they have a lot of health
The rest of their attributes are the same
Your team is smaller than the rest, but map control is not important in this map
You do not even need a command post to spawn on the map, even if you take one and they all get lost, there is no countdown
The game ends when the CIS or Empire lose all their CPs or Reinforcements
The Republic and the Rebels can still be defeated in the same manner, no unlimited respawns here

Tatooine Dune Sea: Tuskens
Era: Clone Wars & Galactic Civil War
This is another 3 way battle but as Tusken Raiders
Tusken Raider: Tusken Cycler, Gaffi Stick
Tusken Hunter: Tusken Rifle(Sniper), Gaffi Stick
Fire rate of Tusken Cycler increased to more represent Battlefront 2's version
Damage increased to standard assault rifle, shots do significant damage to turrets
Tusken reinforcements increased to 500 to match both enemy reinforcement counts
CP control is still required to stay in the match
Active unit count of Tuskens is equal to the other two teams
Tusken Raiders wont enter vehicles or turrets (it doesnt really suit their speed advantage)

I tried installing it as the ReadMe said, by dropping the files into the AddOn folder in the game directory, but nothing in my game changed.
Is it possible this mod is simply imcompatible with the Steam version of Battlefront 2004?
It should work fine for the steam version, are they not showing up at the bottom of your instant action list? Map names are kept the same as the original maps but with an added tag to specify. Example: Tatooine Dune Sea: Tuskens
Thanks I tried reinstalling the game from scratch and then it worked, my SBWF installation must have been corrupted somehow
well I dont know what im doing wrong but it not letting me play the mods I am using the steam version but everytime i try to become a wookiee like i want to it just play the original game. I'm just unable to use the mod can someone show me EXACTLY what to do?
So when you open the archive, the folders "EndEwk, GeoGeo, Kas1Wok" and so on should all go into your Star Wars Battlefront/Addon folder (Tat3 is usually in there by default for Jabbas Palace) nab.lvl should go into Star Wars Battlefront/Data/LVL_PC/Sound for the naboo guard sound fix. If you want to be the wookiees, choose either Kashyyyk Islands: Historical, Kashyyyk Islands: Wookiees, or Kashyyyk Docks: Wookiees. If you choose the regular maps then it will still load the original level without the new sides
Each level crashed when trying to load them, any incompatible with other mods like extended edition?
I scripted all the maps with the stock games units in mind, so thats probably why its crashing. I myself tried it with modded units and got some interesting results. It probably should have crashed but didnt. I cant say for sure why it would crash with extended edition. But my guess is it has a lot of new dependencies these maps just dont have. I'd say backup your files for the extended edition. Then try this mod on a fresh install. Then whenever you want to use extended edition, swap between the two copies. It could also be the addon limit causing the crash as well
