Hi, i made this simple mod, that removes sounds like get down, hands up, police, show me you're hands, and other... Bassicly now when you pres F (by default), you will hear no sounds, but the suspects will hear it. I also muted Report to TOC sounds. I started playing this game recently, and those sounds get annoying over time. I edited SoundEffect.ini from Swat 4 : Elite Force, so i don't know if it works for Swat 4, Swat 4 : TSS.
