I started re-textureing all the effect and particles in Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance ,Developed by Gas Powered Games and published by THQ and so far this is what I cam up whit . A simple texture mod , that give's u an "Eye-candy" feel to it.

Shader Tweaking by Karottenrambo
This is just a small test of some effects may not be included in Battlefeel 3 mod , because its not mine!
To get the effects I have added the Shader Tweaking by Karottenrambo in a small file that you need to add it manually in the effects.scd file.
Yes! This can be seen! Good work!
Sera gets the most of benefits from this tweak :)
Note with this mod on you may encounter a small contrast bug for the Aeon o some maps. This is a mod not made by me and the mod author abandoned it so there's no fix.
