Supcom2 Total Overhaul & Rebalance Mod (S.T.O.R.M.)
Description
To install: unzip the folder, and place both files (zz_STORM.scd and mithy's mod support, which is included) inside into your steam/steamapps/common/supreme commander 2/gamedata folder. The goal of this mod is make supcom2 a bit more like SCFA; mostly by scaling down units and structures. Additionally, i made some extra balance and economy changes. I made notes inside my files, so read those for full changelog
