I hope you guys add Imperial Army Troopers to be as early game infantry, similar way the Volksgrenadier are.
yes we are adding them as a primary infantry for the Empire

Yup, stormtroopers will be, as their name indicates, storm troopers, so way better trained than regular infantry. And we'll make them as they *should* have been in the movies xD

I don't know exactly how many tris there are but it doesn't look far from vanilla head models. By the way we'll probably not use these heads and only import the different gear pieces

I have a question, if the sniper shoots the soldiers' heads, and his helmet comes out of the head, it's going to happen with the stormtroopers?
Sorry, I'm not sure to understand your question properly... If you speak in terms of game mechanics, unfortunately Company of Heroes does not simulate headshots, and nor can helmets be taken off the soldier's head by a well placed shot.
In terms of lore and plastoid protection, well you can find a few infos there : Starwars.wikia.com

Actually, youre correct that simulated head shots arent included in the game, but helmets can actually seperate from the units, once again I think its a random variable thats thrown into certain units rgo file
