SG:R is a multiplayer half-life 2 modification, set after an invasion of Earth by the Goa’uld. Earth was subjugated over a very short space of time, due to the incredible rapidity and brutal force of the invasion. However, a resistance quickly developed. Along with individual SG teams who were off-world on missions or at the Alpha site when Earth was overrun, the resistance quickly scales up its operations from passive non-compliance to active, outright warfare. This is where you come in. In SGR, you will fight to decide the fate of humanity across a series of crucial battles in the fight between the human resistance and the Goa’uld oppressors. From commando missions to sabotage or cripple ships in orbit, to straight-out battles across key locations such as airfields and of course the SG Command, not to mention a whole host of other scenario types, you can utilise the full range of technology from the series, and you are given a single choice: will you fight for humanity’s gravest...
