- ANTIVERYLIGHT damage type modifier increased to 2.0 (from 1.333333) vs VERYLIGHT and 1.25 (from 0.75) vs LIGHT.
- ANTILIGHT damage type modifier increased to 1.5 (from 1.0) vs VERYLIGHT.
- Fleet size option buttons now display the resultant maximum fleet size for the setting.
- Removed stock loadscreen characters from loadscreens for custom Stargate races.
- Custom Stargate races now also start with two frigate factories.
- Doubled experience required for levels on titans.

- Tradeports for the custom factions now have costs increased to match the stock races.
- Added 60% max mitigation stat to Vasari & TEC tactical defense turrets (balance with Advent turret).
- Adjusted placement radius of several larger custom meshes (fixes building overlap/stacking).
- Fixed some behind-the-scenes settings for several abilities that otherwise were working as intended (house cleaning).
- Removed audible notifications about shields being down on capital ships & titans for the Wraith.
- Removed droning sound effect from Ancients starbase Recharge ability.

- Adjusted Asgard titan Decimate Fleet ability primary damage to 700/800/900/1000 (from 600/800/1000/1200), secondary damage to 350/400/450/500 (from 300/400/500/600) and tertiary damage to 175/200/225/250 (from 150/200/250/300).
- Reduced Goa'uld Designate Target ability damage increase to 25/35 (from 20/50).
- Reworked Goa'uld Storm of Vengeance to work more as originally intended with secondary targets. Also now applies half of it's damage to SHIELDS_AND_HULL (from ONLY_SHIELDS).
- Reworked Goa'uld Ra's Disruptive Strikes ability into Wrath of the Gods, which is now an active skill and includes a temporary damage buff in addition to it's previous effects on weapon hit.
- Reworked Goa'uld Osiris' Heavy Fighters ability into Wings of Doom, which is now an active skill and includes a temporary weapon cooldown buff to strikecraft in addition to allowing their weapon strikes the chance to debuff weapon cooldown and engine performance on targets.
- Changed Goa'uld Apophis' Subspace Beacon ability to no longer match the ability using ship's damage state on arrival.
- Replaced Goa'uld Apophis' Power Surge ability with new Godly Might ability.
- Fixed Goa'uld Starbase Cease Fire ability to now properly unlock with the associated upgrade point investment.
- Changed Ori Inquisition Ion Blast duration to 6/8/10/12 seconds (from 10/15/20/25). Antimatter usage increased to 120 (from 100).
- Increased Ori Redemption Mass Hull Repair range to 4500 (from 2500).
- Reduced Ori Salvation Mass Shield Rejuvenation ability shield regen to 20/30/40/50 (from 30/40/50/60). Increased range to 4000/4500/5000/5500 (from 3000/3500/4000/4500).
- Reworked Ori Deliverance Unending Tide ability to be a short duration instant fighter build to an AoE.
- Replaced Ori Expurgation Power Surge ability with new Wrath ability.
- Replaced Ori Sentinel Starbase Frontal Shield ability with new Unified Defense ability.
- Reworked Wraith Boarding ability (now includes randomness to capture).
- Reworked Wraith Capture Structure ability (now includes randomness to capture).
- Replaced Wraith Superhive Furious Defense ability with new Unstoppable Tide ability.
- Replaced Wraith Superhive Inspire and Impair ultimate ability with new Supercharge ability.
- Adjusted Wraith Superhive Psychic Assault ability to now also affect titans, starbases & orbitals as well as damage no longer being shared. Cooldown increased to 60s (from 25s).
- Wraith Battlecruiser Planet Mania ability will now be autocast only when no enemy ships are in the gravity well.
- Increased Range of AoE healing of Wraith Cull Planet to 12000 (from 8000). Increased self-heal to 125/150/175/200 per second (from 40/50/60/70) and AoE/Fleet heal to 35/40/45/50 per second (from 20/25/30/35).
- Reworked Wraith Hiveship Dart Frenzy ability to work properly and to include a small chance on dart weapon hit to disable abilities for a short time.
- Increased AoE radius of Wraith Bolster Fleet ability to 10000 (from 80000).
- Increased AoE radius of Wraith Psychic Rejevenation ability to 6000 (from 3500).
- Increased AoE radius of Wraith Psychic Armor Boost ability to 4500/5000/5500 (from 3000/3500/4000).
- Increased Wraith Hiveship Colonize ability population growth rate bonus to 1.0/2.0/3.0/4.0 (from 0.5/0.75/1.0/1.25).
- Wraith Regeneration Platform repair ability can now be upgraded from 30 hull/s to 40/50 hull/s via research.
- Ancients capital ship slot research now only gives one additional slot at all levels (9 total max).
- Moved research unlock for Ancients Aurora Energy Absorb to tier 4.
- Moved research unlock for Ancients Ultionis to tier 5.
- Moved research unlock for Ancients Invictus to tier 6.
- Moved research unlock for Asgard Daniel Jackson to tier 2.

- Changed Goa'uld Tel'tak role type to LRM. Increased DPS to 15 (from 10). Decreased hull points to 650 (from 750).
- Reduced Goa'uld scout hull & shields to 650/250 (from 750/300). Added Anti-Mine role and minor weapon damage for destroying mines.
- Reduced Goa'uld Jan'tak hull & shields to 1200/750 (from 1500/800) and hull regen & shield regen to 1.25/1.5 (from 1.5/2.0).
- Increased Goa'uld Conquest vessel's experience for destroying to 90 (from 20).

- Reduced Wraith light frigate hull to 800 (from 1200) and reduced weapon DPS to 10 (from 12).
- Reduced Wraith long range frigate hull to 650 (from 1350).
- Reduced Wraith Heavy Cruiser hull & hull regen to 2500/3.5 (from 4000/4.0), reduced weapon DPS to 30/20 (from 35/20) and slot & credit/metal/crystal costs to 25 & 1500/250/180 (from 20 & 1200/200/160). Increased antimatter regen to 0.65 (from 0.25).
- Reduced Wraith battlecruiser hull, armor & hull regen to 5000/12/3.5 (from 6000/15.0/4.0), inceased weapon DPS to 32/40 (from 30/40). Removed bombing ability and role. Added AntiFighter role. Increased antimatter regen to 0.75 (from 0.5).
- Removed Wraith anti-fighter frigate and research unlock.
- Reduced Wraith Destroyer hull, armor & hull regen to 6000/15.0/4.0 (from 7500/20.0/5.0).
- Reduced Wraith Marshal support cruiser hull & hull regen to 1000/2.0 (from 1750/2.75).
- Reduced Wraith Psionic support cruiser hull & hull regen to 800/1.5 (from 1600/2.75).

- Added 60% max mitigation stat to Wraith Plasma defense (balance with other turrets).
- Minor Faction abilities Level 2 moved to tier 5 (from 3).
- Minor Faction abilities Level 3 moved to tier 8 (from 6).
- Starbases now prevent minor faction loss by making the owned active envoy invulnerable until the starbase is destroyed.
- Added icons for custom Stargate themed minor factions.
- Asuran Collective minor faction's Atlantis now automatically starts with a fixed level version of the Intergalactic Capital ability in effect.
- Asuran Collective minor faction's now has an additional Satellite Strike ability.
- Asuran Collective Military sweep ability costs increased to 8000/12000/16000 credits (from 6000/8000/10000), 800/1000/1200 metal (from 400/600/800) and 650/800/950 crystal (from 350/500/650). Increased cooldown to 1200s (from 900).

- The Tok'ra minor faction now provides it's owner with one civillian lab.
- The Tok'ra Spy ability has been reworked in to the Tok'ra Operative ability and can no longer be used on friendly planets but is slightly more costly, lasts longer and reduces culture output at the target planet.
- The Tok'ra Exploration ability has been removed and replaced with a new, much more powerful Surveillance Network ability.
- Added the Free Jaffa as a minor faction.
- Added the Vanir as a minor faction.

Is it possible to use the mod witout the remastered mod? Will in the future come a version, where the remastered mod is not needed?
No to both. It will not work properly without Remastered and there will not be a version that does not require it.
At best it might be integrated directly some day but that brings other issues with maintaining the mods. There are no current plans to go that route at this time and there likely won't be until Remastered itself is "finished" - but there is no ETA on that either at this time.

Terribly unbalanced mod, Rafes imba, the ancients are just incredibly weak, unnecessarily expensive ships can not withstand even the average damage of the enemy. Titan of ancients is terribly weak, shields and armaments can not withstand and medium damage, Lagranian satellite is also unnecessarily weak and almost useless. The development of the raves is terribly fast, already 10-15 minutes of play and already build Titan, superules and have several large ships, and this is without taking into account the huge number of small and medium ships. Very disappointing !

If a small request is possible to make the Aurora battleship a full-fledged pumped ship, and not a frigate as it is now, it is the most powerful battleship in the stargate universe
You're welcome.
The Aurora becoming a capital ship is unlikely at this point. It was a design decision made long ago that I wanted the Aurora to be the "ship of the line" for the Ancients. That means that I wanted you to be able to build them freely - not restricted by cap ship slots. The capital ships are reserved for things that are more "special" or terrifying yet.
That doesn't mean that the Aurora can't be changed up in stats and whatnot yet if deemed necessary. I think it's currently in a fairly good spot at the moment but I can also see arguments for adjustments. It's a strong ship overall but can be beaten by other high supply caps in opposing fleets yet.
What do you mean?
There is no way any ship, either Asgard, Wraith(except perhaps the "Superhive") or Ori can take on Aurora 1v1. Unless you make up some OP bu*****t with weapons far beyond anything we've seen in the shows.
I am going to correct you here. The Asgard were a member of the 4 great races, the Ancients also one of those races. The Ori were originally ancients who split off and followed a different path. Ori ascended, but realized they could gain ultimate power by manipulating lesser races through worship, The asgard never ascended because they chose to clone themselves to become immortal. The asgard were not, I repeat NOT technologically inferior to the Ancients. The Asgard are rediculously old, and the Ori WERE ancients. If the Asgard had been around and not shredded by replicators they could have slaughtered the Ori or the Wraith. I mean a human ship with Asgard upgrades could take down Ori motherships with only a few shots. I would place asgard at their height on par with Ancients if not higher as they stuck around longer advancing their technology long after the ancients had ascended.
To be fair, Thor does expressly state in one episode that the Asgard have still only managed to go through a fraction of the Ancient database. So there is support for the idea that the Ancients were still way ahead.
All of that is somewhat moot though as there are other considerations that have to be in play when it comes to setting up a viable race in a game. I simply cannot make the Aurora unbeatable and I'd argue that the idea that is should be is flawed anyways based on the source material. It not being a capital ship is a decision I already talked about above but it is set up in such a way that it will generally do quite well against most capital ship in the mod. The exception being the supercaps of the Ancients and Ori, plus a select few among the others. I think the Aurora is quite secure in its status of being a significant threat when it's on the field.
As for it not being the pinnacle of things... Well if I limited myself to only ships shown in the shows, this mod wouldn't exist. Making a viable mod out of the content requires that I expand on canon materials in order to flesh out the races to a sufficient degree to work. I opted keep the Aurora in a position of relative prestige but not the height of Ancient ship technology.
I'm curious has the interface been redone or is it still stock sins interface?
There have been some minor changes and additions but it's still more or less stock. This is an add-on mod, not a total conversion so I'm content to stick with standard UI. Could get customized more over time but I feel there are more important aspects to focus on right now.

hey guys i have a problem . I installed the game and i lunched, it it worked correctly 1.85v. Rebellion Minor factions , when i put the mod it crashes at the launch screen
with massage in debug: " D3DXCreateEffect Error Buffer: D:\Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion Minor Factions\PipelineEffect\Particle_MeshShadowed.fx(114,6): warning X3557: loop only executes for 1 iteration(s), forcing loop to unroll " i dont have nahimic on the pc (i reed that the nahimic software creates that error ) or any other program of that sort i guess . Tried in windowed mod it dose't work , tried lowering the resolution and effect disabling still nothing . Can some one help me i'm losing my mind. i love how this mod looks and im a huge fan of stargate universe
That particular error is not the cause of any crash. It's normal and harmless.
This mod is for Sins v1.94. If you are actually running an old, un-patched v1.85 version of the game, that is almost surely your issue. The mod folder is still labelled v1.85 but the main menu in game should give you the actual current version the game is running.
Beyond that, the most likely causes would be the mod simply not installed correctly or the files somehow damaged.
yes you are right , i have an older version but i'm not using steam and i'we searched for patches 5 hours last night i couldn't find one, if there is one at all, steam is running a monopoly. idk how to update the game. I'm thinking on buying it from steam but to me it's a ripoff to pay 40$ just for an update.
Is there some way around this problem or do i have to buy the game again ? (sry for the comment below i can't delete it)
Updates should be available through whatever vendor you purchased the game through (Gog, etc). I would hope that they all keep the game files up to date but I can't say for sure. I don't believe there are stand-alone patches available for Rebellion to fall back on.
yeah no luck there im updated max 1.91v . Anyway thanks for the support i respect your involvement in this conversation and i just want to say what you created here is a masterpiece from every view point , love your mod unfortunately i didn't get to play it and experience it first hand but i watched a lot on youtube. So keep up the good work u have my blessing . In the near future ill buy the game on steam and ill came back to give it another go. Again great job and thank you <3

I have everything I need to make the mod work
The Tau'ri are not a playable faction. They are a Minor Faction you can befriend if you have that DLC enabled and they spawn in your game.
