I'm sorry, a bunch of Ha'Tak owning a Wraith Hive Ships, what kind of heresy is this ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)
Its probably the Anubis doing all the work.
It actually make sense when you realize almost half of the Hive ships is ST: A were actually taken out by the explosion of another nearby hive.
Did we ever really see how strong hives were? They were only hit by railguns and maybe a missile if humans were lucky before beam weapon upgrades. Ha'taks don't have to worry about missiles getting suicide blocks by darts, all they have to do is volley fire plasma cannons. which are significantly stronger then railguns.
Yeah but it wasn't nearby it was pulling a starwars on everybody and point blanking ... and they found out why thats a bad idea.
Combat appears to have become fast-paced.
Great battle, great music, great mod.... can't wait for the next release with all of the new awesome goodies inside.

Great, it almost looks like from real battle, nice work.
I don't think its that far fetched that Hataks could take out a hive and cruisers. For the following reasons.
1. The Wraith hives can be heavily damaged by a BC304 railguns, esp at if fire at launch bays, hell the BC304 railguns can take down a replicator aurora ship!(that i find hard to buy.) So why cant a hatak deal heavy damage with Staff Cannons?
2 Hataks have shields, and since Anubis came back their sheilds have been improved alot, means they can last longer in a fight.
Wraith ship hulls are organic, which might be slightly weaker againts energy weapons. It has also been stated that while the wraith are powerful, they aren't that advanced technolgy wise, the only win due to vast numbers. Also they eliminate threats before they can advance far enough to deal some damage. Now if the Wraith went into battle with lots of cruisers and some more hives, they could win through numbers. So i think a Hatak fleet could give the wraith a run for its money, esp with Anubis flaghship present.
Also this mod is bloody fantastic i cannot wait to play it and see the new BC304 :) :)
Please bear in mind this video was a demonstration of visuals not balance. Patrick-xl is working on rebalancing all the damage on every ship.
very nice, evereything, except one little detail i beieve would make it alot better, when the ships get destroyed, maybe try using animations for that rather than them just dissapearing and then an explosion following a milsecond afterward...

Well there hasn't been an explosion made for a ship this large also there are no animations in sins either. I'm sure I'll come up with something though.

I think which the ha'taks are strongers of the Whraith if they are most numberous ship but they're not the level of the technology which the wraith possesed . I think which the hull of the goa'uld is Weak . (sorry i am french and i have a medium level in English

The effect is very good . The energy bolt is very realistic .
i like how the Ha'taks start moving to engage the wraith after they leave hyperspace and Anubis just makes a b line for the other side of the wraith while doing a fly by like "eh you guys can take them"
Nice work but i have a question you are thinking to change the texture of the Wraith Hive and Cruser like in the series later or you let it like it is?
