I'm glad your still keeping this ability but letting you know it's not an actual Phoenix ability anymore >.> But you probably already know.
I actually liked overload more. I'm sad that SC2's Battlecruisers don't have Plasma Torpedoes. I loved them. I also loved the old Mothership weapon. The Rift Beam or something is kinda... boring...
