Star Wars Rise of Hope is a mod that will be based on the early Empire and its fall against the Rebel Alliance and its following sucessor the New Republic.
The YT-2400 light freighter was a YT-series light freighter similar to the YT-1300.
A particular individual was in possesion of a heavily modified YT-2400 freighter, and perhaps the most famous example of the starship amongst fringers.
YT-2400s were 18.65 meters in length, required two pilots, and were armed with two turret laser cannons—mounted dorsally and ventrally. With double-armored hull plating and bulky engines, the YT-2400 could easily handle the strain of deep-space combat.
Appart from being the unique ship for a certain someone, the YT-2400 can be buildable by the Rebellion on Corellia as a not very fast and poorly armed, but very durable scout ship.
