hi everybody and welcome to Earth at war. This mod this mod is based of a massive war between the intergalactic empire, the Earth alliance and the Black hole pirates. The music is already done right now and we're now doing the modelling and the coding, however, we still need a rigger and a skinner and an additional modeller or coder would be welcome too.

Sorry to say this but mod is called Earth at War, so i do ask this: what the hell has gallactic civil war incommon with planet Earth?!

You aren;t obligated to play on isane mode :P You can also just play on the other difficulty levels :P

Hmmmmmm. Whilst your own pc might be able to handle this kind of action on screen it might be prudent to trim back the amount of fired weapons. Considering that your planning to publically release this not everyone who plays the game has a very fast pc and all this weapons fire may cause some pretty bad lag.

Other than that having a muchly increased difficulty level will work well seeing as the AI can be seriously assanine at time and its good for the player to at least have some sort of challenge now and again.

So does this mean that the Wars models are being used solely as place holders??

Well, yes Star wars models are temporary and will be fewer once our project is done :) And the insane mode is optional you aren't obligated to play on that difficulty :)

I really don't think anyone should be arguing with megavin123 about what he is doing with his mod. If you don't like it go and make your own damn mod. And I don't give a **** what anyone has to say.

Its not whether or not we can go make our own mod. Hes making a mod for the public, if he quits halfway through, thats not good for his mod. People are trying to give feedback.

If they said OMG YOU SUCK AT MODDING I HATE YOU!!! and more awful comments, yes, i stand by go make your own goddamn mod.

But, as an artist, if i didnt get feedback on some of my work, i would be a ****** artist.

Look, i admire you guys defending this insane mod, But it looks REALLY shoddy and half attempted. Yes, you guys have created a crazy new level. Theres no way to see what your doing or whats going on.

You want an "insane" level? make it so you can have a ridiculous level of small one manned ships. then have the appropriate levels of the frigates, and so on.

Would be more exciting and might be more of a chance you can actually see whats going on.

Just made a new difficulty level for the die hards out there :P the new insane ai gets their units in a few seconds and have unlimited credits (Multiplied income stream by 99999999) it's recommended to have an insane ai on your side aswell. Otherwise you won't last very long.
The reason why the lasers look bad is because I had tactical overview on.
