Here is an image showing progress on a feature that i've been working on of late, with some limited success even!
It's frustratingly difficult to make even the overlay that's needed for the thrusters (the thruster shader looks crappy on normal hull, so there needs to be an exact cut-out of the thruster overlaying the thruster's postion...). This has increased my already substantial respect for modellers everywhere ten fold! :S
