I dont think the unit is actually there considering you have it selected and theres no ring around it
look at the minimap, there is a red dot inside the little box.
in that case its about an inch and a half to the right of the starbase build pad
I can't find it but IT is there, look for the engine glow

This looks like this the ship or has the put camouflage, but this red color makes it lose in the map
