Following a few reports of really odd weather and sun behavior I looked at the files and realised some old files somehow made their way into the new beta. My bad guys :'( The patch should be available for download in a day or two its already been uploaded.

Default weather
Yantar weather
Radar weather
Stancia weather
Pripyat weather
Adjusts NPC / mutant spawn rates
***********I'm getting really pissed off of these rediculos text limits
they are just NOT necessary how in the hell do you expect modders to
release patches moddb? You don't need a mini god damn essay to explain
what the patch fixes********
