This is more of a proper test of Global Illumination. You'll notice flickering lights dynamically reflect onto nearby surfaces. To be clear of what Global Illumination actually is its a method thats used to make light sources more realistic, it is NOT meant to or have the look of all light sources bleeding together (apart from in situations where this naturally happens as light sources are close enough together for it to happen), which a lot of people who don't know better seem to think is whats supposed to happen.
