I'm trying to figure out which of my development branches I should use going forward. Please answer this poll to help me make the right decision. I've posted some executable in the first comment on the Update 10 download page: here's a link to that comment The two sets of executables I'm trying to compare are:
If you had problems with Update 10 and then used the executables from the comment, let me know how well they are working compared to each other. |

The ones included in update 10 made me crash a lot, empty stack traces. Also corrupted all my saves without a single exception. I could start a game and play for a while but if I died and reloaded ANY save, it would 100% guaranteed CTD. After using the ones in the comment, I've played for a few hours now (4h) and can load saves pretty fast. No crashes whatsoever. |

Will you try to edit the engine so it can properly mulithread (one thread on CPU is always high up in the sky with big spikes, while other threads rest on mere cca 6% usage in game), that should do some improvements in stability and massive in performance (especially for older CPU-s). -- Chaos is place of a great potential. |

While it might improve performance, refactoring code to be multi-threaded can also introduce new bugs. Right now I'm more concerned about stability than performance, in the end most players won't care how fast the engine crashes, only if it does it at all |

The Pre-Update 10 Executables work for me. I can play for atleast 5 hours at a time with those Executables. -- I like Elephants and God likes Elephants too. |

In that case I recommend using Update 11 Preview. It contains those executables but also tweaks a few setting that should make it even more stable. |
