Adds very chunky, grainy sounds for footsteps, ads and gear rattling mixed from EFT and Crysis 3 foley.
Installation: put gamedata folder into the root folder of Anomaly.
Notice: Please don't ask me to fix bugs like gear shuffling too loud when crouching and etc, I'm an artist not a programmer so I have no idea how to fix those things.
You also must already have an ads rattling set-up and working because it is specified in the weapon_sounds.ltx. Literally anything that has to do with weapons changes weapon_sounds.ltx and it's a super-sensitive file that can completely screw up your weapon sounds if you tamper with it. So basically install this ON-TOP of already existing ads-rattling addon. Otherwise you'll get new footsteps and gear rustle, but no ads sounds.
* Fixed low ads sound glitch.
* Fixed loud volume for grass footsteps.
Hi, would you mind to post a short video or a sound comparison audio log please? Thanks a lot!
Very pleasurable to my ears.
are these ogg files properly commented for the enemy to hear? because judging by the description i woulnd't say so, and if not, that breaks the A.I. and the game in so many levels...
It is a simple footstep addon. There isn't going to be a long and fancy description. Everything is properly commented and if it wasn't the engine would give a red error message in the console every time an uncommented ogg is played. You can see that your console stays clean.
Why is stepping on grass so extremely loud compared to everything else?
Me: *sneaking*
NPCs: wtf was that loud *** footsteps?
Hello, does this mode includes EFT aim rattle addon?
this needs more recognition
A masterpiece! You need a short video Bro.
Definitely need a video for comparison.
EDIT: It's actually really good EXCEPT the backpack sound effects but those are easy to remove.
Tarkov? oh that 8 year beta game that beta gamers play after they got scammed by some narcissistic prick who makes ****** Arena mode instead of adding in features promised before the game was in EA? that tarkov? the tarkov that runs like a POS game from 2001? with absolute dog **** foot steps that sound like a autistic kid throwing a tantrum and stomping around? no thanks.
