A reposition mod for EFP and Shader 3D Scopes I created based on a little bit of realism, practicality, what I think looks cool. I'm done with hip-firing, I prefer point shooting, and this reposition emulates that!
Only a select few weapons are affected since I wasn't originally intending on making this public, however I am open to taking requests for individual weapons should someone ask!
This is built on EFP and Shader 3D Scopes, however this should work with G.A.M.M.A. or Vanilla Anomaly!
Why did I make this? I'm so glad you didn't ask!
After finding the existence of the Shader 3D Scopes mod, I wondered how well it would work with EFP and the reposition mods it uses. Evidently, it doesn't play nice and all the weapons affected are weirdly positioned. Instead of waiting for someone else to come along and fix that, or god forbid just don't use that mod, I decided to do it myself!
I started with the M4A1 RAS with an ACOG that you start with as UNISG, and I decided that the normal hip fire position just wasn't that nice to look at, nor very practical. So I changed it and made it look decent. I then started making some of the rest of the guns in Shader 3D Scopes I would use work, as well as fit the point-shooting style I went with for the M4. That would have been that, but then I decided to change the 1911 modern. Then an APS I picked up. Then it snowballed, and now here we are!
Does it look good? I think so! Is it realistic? The guns point straight! Is it perfect? Nope! Can you use it for G.A.M.M.A./Base Anomaly? Probably!
I don't test this mod with a "vanilla" install, nor do I care to download 80 gigabytes of files to test this mod for G.A.M.M.A., however it should work fine! The only caveat is that it does require Blindside's Reanimation Pack for vanilla users!
Weapons with Issues
Some of the weapons in Shader 3D scopes simply will not work right, likely something to do with overwritten files somewhere, but I'm no expert. If you have a way to fix it, please tell me!

This is too awesome. I stopped using EFP because i wanted to use HD models and 3d shader scopes and some missing weapons pack and what not so i went back to vanilla and tried mods on my own. i hope this works in vanilla but i guess it's unlikely
Ideally it should work with vanilla since even without EFPWP an LTX call to a null weapon doesn't do anything, but Blindside's reanimation pack is affected since it has its own model files for some weapons, so that could cause issues.
After some testing, it does seem to work with vanilla! The only caveat is you also need to install Blindside's Reanimation Pack
