In my opinion, the floor is too clean. Too much contrast between the sidewalk and the road. Road is dirty like a regular street would be while it looks like the janitor just finished after working 6 hours on the sidewalk.

Also, why are the 1911's and the AA12's so loud? I can hear them from Miles away, I do know the AA12 is a really loud gun but its just kind of annoying when they overlap everything else, though the sounds do sound quite good.
Well it's not that they're loud, the sound effects are stereo and not mono. That means that if it's stereo, it has multiple sources of the sound. In order for it to sound normal in third person, it needs to have one source where the sound comes from, otherwise it sounds like the sound is coming from every single direction at the same volume.

AA-12 and M1911 sounds are fixed and will be in next mod update.
