South America, more countries 2.1 file

This mod adds the following countries:
BHS = Bahamas
BLZ = Belize
CUW = Curacao
GUF = French Guiana
GUY = Guyana
JAM = Jamaica
PRI = Puerto Rico
SUR = Suriname
TTO = Trinidad and Tobago

Tags are based on the ISO standard
Each country receives basic ideas and flags for each ideology.

Each country starts as an integrated puppet of another world power
This mod is designed for beginners in 1936 only

NEW 2.0:
Each country starts with 2 cavalry units and 2 infantry units
