this is a mod for hl2 with a blocky minecraft like terrain and zombies. during the day you must collect resources and weapons to build a fortress and defend it from zombies at night. when it is fully released it and will have survival mode, campaign and multiplayer for both.

I personally think this would die pretty quickly.
Also, if you want breakable terrain for the whole map, the amount of func_physboxes is overwhelming for the engine.
In my opinion, this mod would not live, and updating would be unnecessary, for the amount of MineCraft addons and content that already exists.

I hope they will have Linux server support, I have noticed that mods soon die quickly when people are unable to run their own server for cheap on a Linux host, just cant afford to pay $70 a moth for a game, get it to support Linux and it only $6 or less.

If you can run Half-life 2, you can run Minecraft.
I can run HL2 on high but my Minecraft lags a LOT when I play that (even worse on Multiplayer).
