What on earth is Sauce?

Glad you could join us. This is Source 2D, a valve Source Engine modification to bring two point five dimension gaming to your desktop. Involving the possibilities to recreate two dimensional gaming easily. We hope you start keeping up with the development as there is content being developed right now.

So, what exactly is this?

You're probably trying to figure out what exactly Source2D is. As said before, the Source2D is to manipulate the engine into running the camera at a two point five dimension with easy install-able content such as gameplay and graphics. Majority of this is made possible using third party scripting languages such as Python and LUA very similar to how Garrys Mod works. Using this we intend for you to easily make games such as Flipside with minimal knowledge required.

Can I help with this?

Any work or efforts from the community can help push this modification out quicker then what is planned. If you wish to help, just contact myself.
