Renames all weapons to their real-life names/designations and changes magazine sizes to be more accurate
Version 1.1:
- All calibers renamed(for accuracy or specification), more throwables renamed
- changed weapon info, such as fire rate modes, to make more sense (i.e. auto/semi instead of rapid/single)
- UKM lmg magazine capacity changed from 250 to 100; in-game model appears to use the standard magazine rather than the actual large box magazine (shared by the PKP/PKM) seen in other fps games.
- RFB carbine mag capacities changed back to default; the gun uses l1a1 magazines, game already uses accurate 20-30 rounders
Possible update:
Upon looking at weapon values, found about all guns in the game are arbitrarily balanced; guns sharing the same caliber doing more/less damage than others, your typical video game nerfs at work.
Next update, looking to make damage caliber-based. Ambient_Malice has already done work to remove a lot of the gamey ballistic penalties inspired from games like MGS5 and such, so I don't think I'll be looking to tweak much else.
