Skygerfall is a New Lands / Quests Mod for Skyrim (Legendary and Special Editions). With it installed, you can play through the entire Main Quest of TESII: Daggerfall in the TESV engine, at the end of which you can choose to continue your character's adventures in Skyrim, taking all your loot, experience and new spells with you!
