Creates a black-hole for a fraction of a second, sucking in particles at near the speed of light. Guess what happens to anything caught in the way. An extremely powerful, but temperamental weapon. Anything caught in the way is guaranteed death, or loss of limbs, but the only thing stopping it from killing you is the weapon's range. The only real disadvantages of this weapon are it's price, and tendency to kill the user, this gun can kill targets on the other side of a wall, and even take rockets right out of the air.
