It adds 2 intrigue options for independent Non-kind Kings at peace to call Genocides against foreign cultures or religions within your realm. Any independent rulers of the genocide target will get a claim on your primary title and the affected provinces will receive heavy penalties for the duration of the genocide, which will be 2 years per province with a 20% chance for the event to refire.
While at war, you can call a genocide on a province, if you complete it or win the war, you usurp the province and it converts to your religion and culture.

Racial Supremacism Laws, enabling it will prevent councilors that aren't your religion and culture.

Added an event for vassals not of the affected culture/religion that gives them the option to execute the people in their court being genocided on your behalf, refuse to comply, or send them away to protect them.
