Whole new texture set, a nice wheelchair by UnkSoldieR and experiementing with fog effects. Pitch-black fog fuck yeah.

Good textures but i miss some props like rusty tables, beds, medical things.

I simply agree, you really got a clue of textures. But there are still some details missing.
Great work there, very Silent Hill.
Remember to remove the lights ;)
