Steel armour based on TES4:Oblivion design.
The sets will also include matching shields.

This armour was based on Archangel's design and Dejawolf's Medieval helmets OSP.

You have part of the credits wrong for this mesh. The Platemail Harness is made by Archangel, who donated it to Narf (possibly), (if that's where you recieved it). Plus we have the mesh in Prophesy of Pendor, PM me if you can, I just did some digging around.

The original .brf in which I found it had it credited to Narf as a part of his OSP pack.
