You can bug that level:) Once you get to that room and go into the bathroom where mona is, as soon as the cutscene starts press f3 this make the camera go into free roam. and press f3 2 more times and u give control back to player. but mona still does her cutscene animations and as soon as she gets out of the room she gets idle and you can kill her and shoot her into the bathroom or blow her into it as Deadone23 did. ;)
