WIP of the updated Karstark units. I was able to repurpose some of the models made for KC:D. Going to add a few coif and belt variants but as we see in Season 8, they pretty much all look the same.
Good sir!The texture on the tunic looks fantastic! The sun on the fabric is barely visible though. Maybe it could be painted with a brighter shade?

You should make all the Karstak men bearded. In the books they are described as all wearing there hair and beards long.
It's a show mod, huge differences compared to the books. Beards are set at 75% of all North units and around 25% for the Reach, Westerlands, etc.
They are awesome, will you rework house Bolton too?

Also someone probably already asked this question before but have you tried cooperating with Mount&Blade; mod teams working on GoT-based mods?
That might save you a lot of modelling time.
It costs more time than it saves. M&B models are very low poly, textured differently, and are posed in a different position.
