SCP - Deception is a story that directly ties into the events of SCP - Terror Hunt. This mod aims to delve into the lore of Terror Hunt further, utilizing what I learned from my previous two modding experiences.
This mod wouldn't be possible without the help of many incredible individuals. kitrod, TheHappyJammer, INE83, and Vane Brain are only a fraction of the people who helped make this game a reality!

Hi there. I mentioned this in my server announcements a while back, but I just wanted to state it here so that nobody misses out.
Version 0.1.3 of SCP - Deception probably won't be coming out any time soon.
Is this a cancellation? No, not at all. The thing is, I think Deception is already as good as it's going to get. I've added most of the things I wanted, and it seems to work pretty well. There are some problems here and there, but they're either really minuscule or something I can't fix (ex: vanilla CB issues).
Hell, even 0.1.3 probably won't be too grand. The main thing I want to add is another ending, but that's about it.
Now, why will it take a while? To make it short, work has been hogging up 90% of my free time, and when I do have time to myself, I've been spending it with either friends or my other projects. I just haven't had the motivation/time to work on Deception consistently. But keep in mind, I'm not canceling the mod, more so a break.
When 0.1.3 releases, I could honestly see that being the final update (aside from any bugs that may appear). Would this be the first SCP mod to actually be finished, rather than canceled?

Who exactly is the person that Terry is talking about in SCP-1074? Who also is the "friend", now turned 049-2/008-2 that we find in the Chemical Waste Storage Room?
The person Terry refers to during the 1074 and the 049-2 zombie are the same individual, who can be seen accompanying Terry in his Terror Hunt appearance.

Just wanted to ask, do you have any plans for a future game/expansion for Terror Hunt? Your games are top tier and deserve more recognition.
Sorry for the late response. There are definitely ideas, but I'd need some help. A trilogy would be nice, but I wouldn't want all three of the games to be basically the same formula. If I was given a modified version of the original CB code that would allow me to implement weapons, that's probably when I'd start a third.
Well, you could try asking the Nine-Tailed Fox developer for the code for weapons, he has the implemented in there. Though please continue working on a mod, I’m a huge fan of your work. Also, if there is a chance that Ivan returns (Or any new character for that matter) I could help with some voice acting:)
