Don't know a modifications ID but want to quickly locate / see if it is listed in the database? Well now you can thanks to a nifty new feature called findmod.
Basically the way it works is you go Moddb.com and it shall try to find and display the corresponding modification. If no mod is found, the default mod page shall just be displayed.
For example say you wanted to view the mod Counter-Strike you would go Moddb.com . Try it now, it should work with any mod. Even long mod names like Navy Seal/s: Covert Operations, just go Moddb.com and voila it should be found.
Now some of you maybe saying this is a fairly useless feature, but for some gaming sites, following the release of the modDB site SDK it shall be a god send. More details of that shall be coming shortly :)
me luvs it

Just wait till you see the website SDK. I reckon some gamers sites will adore this new feature, Xs4gamers.net is already planning on affiliating up and using it with there query system :D
If you have questions on what this all means please post them here :D
Another excellent feature for this already great site. Way to go, INtense!
