For most of the content DLC "The Old Gods" is required. Main features: East Slavic tribes have their own cultures. East Slavic Culture Conversion process. Similar to Norse culture conversion. New duchies, kingdoms and empires. New decisions and events.

Reduced amount of cash you can get at the end of Koliada. Returned East Slavic unique buildings. Fixed East Slavic cultural names for some titles. Added dynasties for new cultures. Name of kingdom of Muscovy changed to Vladimir. Fixed some localisations.
