Description
Demons who consume on the souls of the recently departed demons. They are able to then spit these souls at their prey. Only during a Pain Elemental's death will they be set free... which is bad news for the Ruiner.

Damn, these flying heads are already a pain to kill... now we have to deal with swarms of em? That'll be fun, :D
Not just a swarm of them, but also a creature that spits tham out at you. The dead souls he fires out are differnt than the standard ones. They are homing and constantly go after the player. Luckily they can be killed.

I never really liked the original ones in Doom 2, but yours are much better.
But my favourite one is the pain elental from Doom Absolution ;)
